This something AW sometimes do when the profile verification has dragged on, or where the photos submitted did not meet their criteria. It's often for silly stuff, like not being able to see the edges of the passport or ID card used.

The profile is still there, it's just not able to be viewed or set as offering services.

The profile I said wasn't there was the one with the writing on detailing services etc,  no point looking if you can't see that because it's hidden.   

All academic anyway as OP was given 2 ways to answer his question without the AW profile.

Just search 'mollynewcastle' on AW, that's how I found her last time.

Press search then in nickname put Mollynewcastle and hey presto.  External Link/Members Only

Yes she isn't ugly and there are no issues i read all her reviews and its all postive, i just didnt fancy her just me nothing wrong with her.*note taken for the future.
What i should have said is "shes a pretty lass but not my cup of tee" most likely she looks like someone i know and i dont think of that person in a sexual way if that makes any sense.
