I don't agree its VFM anymore which is why I haven't ever punted at Phoenix, its a big backwards step from LMP in my view where there were a minimum of 7 WGs per party, yet the price is the same. And it was very rare to get a bad WG, nowadays some punters say they are finding some of the WGs disinterested, that wouldn't of been allowed to be apparent when Em was their supervising at virtually every party.

IMO whats needed are new party providers but the risk of getting nicked is a problem obviously with GP parties getting done and Sacred Rose closed down. Not a risk I would take that's for sure.

I used to attend the LMP parties in the "old days". And they were great. One point is that maybe they were better than the current Phoenix parties as (i) Em was much more "hands on", and (ii) Moss (Em's then husband) was on the scene. And both Moss and Em were at most of the  parties. Sounds chauvinistic to say it, but maybe the lack of strong (male) management is also a contributing factor in the decline in performance.

In my experience good management is key. There are obviously girls who want to work (or at least earn money) and lots of guys who are up for attending great parties. All the elements are there. Plus lack of competition as other parties have gone out of business. So Phoenix should be profitable and a money spinner - in theory.

No doubt it needs strong, "always there" management and a waiting list of new talent so that any girl whose performance slips knows there is someone in reserve to take her place. It always comes down to management. And in my opinion, if the owner is not there and 100% focussed on their business (and I mean any business - bar, restaurant, cleaning company, other)  standards slip and it goes downhill.
