I fell for probably one of the oldest tricks. I handed over my money and then she said she had to pay a friend back some money in the same block of flats. She asked me if it was OK and like an idiot I said fine.

A few minutes later I got a text asking me to phone her which I did. Suddenly an emergency had happened and she needed to change venues. She suggested we get a hotel, and told me to go out and meet her outside a place just up the road which I did DUH!!!!

After waiting a few minutes I rang back and the phone was switched off, surprise surprise. I can be really thick sometimes.

How many times have you been ripped off? Only seen you post a couple times and both were about WGs taking your money and making a run for it. Not accusing you of anything and the feedback is definitely appreciated, I just thought it was slightly suspicious.

Ah fair enough mate! Didn't realise both posts were about the same incident. Hopefully the last time it happens. She's on my blacklist now. Might be worth leaving some feedback (if you made the arrangement via aw), just to warn other potential punters.

I would have left a negative feedback for the next poor sod who might come along, but in my excitement, I did not ask her to confirm the booking which came through a RB and so cannot even leave a feedback only. I have climbed a really steep learning curve in the past 24 hours.

You could make another booking on AW now and leave feedback only with the comment she's a thieving bitch. Unless she blocked you then not sure you can make a booking.

I know this girl personally and she brags about her scams whenever she's on a night out, 'Got paid and made an excuse to go outside - just fucked off with his money' is her usual boast.
she also associates with some nasty drug people so may be a dangerous person to see....name is Becky...her friends do her feedback on aw...
