She is  definitely  not from  an Arabic country,  she may possibly be  a Muslim  Romanian as all Muslims learn  the Koran  in Arabic. I understand  why you  would  feel  uncomfortable speaking Arabic as it's  the language  of your  religion.
If it were possible  I would  see you again and definitely  recommend  you to others on this forum  whom good sex is important, and not taking  health  risks with oral without a condom acknowledge  has a high risk factor.
