Haha I get that, I know I'm very much in the minority with this. In some ways it's hard to answer, like where does anyone get their preferences, kinks and fetishes? However funnily enough for this specifically I actually do know where I got it from.

I have Crohn's Disease and have had it since I was a young kid.
