Attitude   Professional, service-oriented, accommodating, but never impersonal. Cannot fault her. Suggested at the start I have a shower - this was nice, as had been travelling for a while, she then poured me a drink ,and got me to relax, but none of it was timewasting - she put in the full time also, in effect the end time was a bit later, because of the introductions!  Clearly not a clock-watcher, and does everything to put you first.
