Texted her on Saturday for a Monday 10am 90 minute booking and got confirmation and was asked to confirm on Monday at 9am to make sure I was coming.

Texted her 9am Monday while on my way but did not get a reply for 15 minutes but proceeded as I was in the underground now and no signal.

Texted her when  I was at the Postcode and no reply 2 minutes later I rang her and she didn't pick up.
Waited another 5 and rang again didn't pickup again so had to go to Plan B

Already confirmed with my plan B and on my way and got a message from Zara to give her 15 minutes but I texted to say sorry as my plan b was already in motion and I would rather cancel some one who let me down than someone who took a booking on a short notice.

I was angry as I had booked 2 days in advance to ensure my booking and she didn't bother to reply to my confirmation on the day or pick up the phone on arrival and my meeting would have been half an hour late as she wanted a further 15 minutes and it was already 10.15 when she replied.

I will not see her again as I do not like people who take a booking and then piss you about.
if she had told my on my first text to delay it or even when I got there I would have taken the booking but by now I felt she is wasting my time and could ask me to delay it further
