Its a well taken picture so it maybe a touch flattering, but thats definitely her and exactly what she was wearing.
Not hard bodied/ toned but slim, facially not beautiful but good looking if you like oriental women, maybe a little bit older than the picture suggests but I'd guess well under 40.
