it belongs in both sections. Nothing on this site that defines the borders of each section. Where I live, its hard to tell if its east or southeast. I tend to read the reviews in both sections and find it covers all bases.

Yes that's true, I think how many define what regional section to put a review in, is to use the AW regional area.
