It's a new ad for Sheffield, not one I've seen before on gumtree at least. Looks like she's been on gumtree for a whole so possibly just moved here

I am booked in with her on Thursday!

She's quoted me 60 for the hour for massage with happy ending. I tried to book in a couple of weeks ago but she was hard to get hold off.

The description she gave was Caribbean & size 12.

I have just reviewed this lady though she has a new Gumtree ad it is definitely the same woman.
