Also think she could be genuine. As for the accommodation - looks just like a typical 21 year-old chavs house but it's what she's like in the bedroom that counts.

Not added her to my h/l but if she was my type I'd be cautious in the run to a potential punt but would make more of a judgement once I'd communicated via email and phone.
