Yep, the verification photo is not too bad as those things go, which is what led to making enquiries, but then the odd conversations occurred.

Firstly "everything was included, no extras" then later on it would be "extra for CIM / Anal", when I reminded her that she had said in her email everything included she denied it, and all the time I can hear more than one child in the background calling out her name, all in all not encouraging and I think best avoided?

3736151 answers the phone and makes all the arrangements and hence the "influence" both over service and price. I have never seen her in the flesh, but i have seen 3736045.
