The agency arranges their bookings, the WG just has to notify the agcy of their hours then wait for the bookings to come through. They turn up, do the job then leave. Once a week they meet the Agcy wifey and pay her whats due, £40 out of each £150 booking goes to the Agcy. I think it was Lilly white who recently commented that flat rental rates were out of her reach. Some girls prefer the agcy sorting out all the hassles such as accommodation, photography, security etc
