Moving to the NE

So I've been offered a job in the NE, which will entail moving from the punting desert of Suffolk to........Berwick on Tweed. I will be missing all my fave girls in London and the SW. So what's the scene like up there? Is it Newcastle or Edinburgh? All I know is that it was like driving to Mars and back, who knew the UK was so big!
Seriously, any tips appreciated and it may help my decision

You are going to be right slap bang in the middle between Newcastle and Edinborough. So you could argue you will get the best of both worlds

From what I have been told Edinborough has some really good parlours. The types as in where you can walk in, see every girl in person working that day and select the girl you want and see her.

Newcastle does not have these. But they do have three massive agencies that kind of are the centre for punting in the North East - Amour, Allure and Premuim. And a whole load of other agencies too.

There are a lot of good independents in Newcastle too incase agencies are not your thing.

In Berwick itself I don't think you will find many girls. I do know of a couple of girls who I have met who were from Berwick who worked in this job. But they all commuted to Newcastle to work from a flat here and then went back home at the end of the shift.

As Anth says you've really got the best of both worlds.
Plenty of great Indies in the NE as well as the Agencies while even though the glory days of the Edinburgh saunas are in the past you will still be guaranteed a good time at Blair Street Sauna, New Town Sauna and London Street Sauna ..all of which are a 5/6 minute stroll from Waverley Station.

All I've got to say is we have a wealth of talent in newcastle which has been confirmed by punters travelling down from other regions to sample some of our wg's

as said you will be well positioned for Edinburgh or Newcastle. In general I'd advise getting the train, that A1 is not the best of roads, mostly single carriageway from Berwick to Newcastle apart from a a few bits, and  mostly single from Berwick to Dunbar, so its not a fast road. Its ridiculous that a main road from Scotland's capital to a major English town is like this, but there has never been the political will to dual it all. What foreigners make of it I don't know, stuck behind tractors for miles.

Thanks guys, not too bad a prospect then. I've not had much experience of parlours and agencies, so will have to read up about them on the board. Any comments on the SA scene around there? Would agree with the comments about the roads north of Newcastle - bloody awful.

Some can be farther out, on either side, Hebburn perhaps or Wallsend, North Shields and so on, but the Metro network is good for many and you can get it from Central station.

Couldnt agree more with those comments....drove a couple of times to Edinburgh and then,after being stuck behind Farmer McSporran taking his piggy wiggies to market for an hour or so, I decided to get the train on the next 200 occasions!!
Eighty minutes from Newcastle to Waverley and forty from Berwick to Waverley.

I tended to use the Metro network for appointments in places like Heaton...Christ I knew the Monument -Chillingham Rd timetable like the back of my hand!!

Edinburgh is mega expensive these days and think a few WGs are leaving for Glasgow or elsewhere.
Past few times I ve up there I couldnt even get a reply from girls who had the "available today" tag on their profiles.
Ended up in a parlour which was pretty good and I wish we had them down here.

If you plan it right have a day trip down to Newcastle from Berwick using the train, straight into the central station and your Geordie welcome awaits, we are renowned for our friendly attitude and this goes for our indigenous WG's too. We also have a lively and diverse bar and restaurant scene not just at night but during the day as well. You never know the sun might even shine

Thanks for that. I'm in Middlesbrough and there's a bus that leaves for Newcastle every hour (I think) and stops in Gateshead. This may help me..?

It is if you are lost and don't know where you are going.

I am really unfamiliar with Gateshead. This is my point I am making.

Plus it's quite a long road Coatsworth Road. I would say it would take at the very least 15mins to walk down it top to bottom so factor that in when Diamonds flat was right in the middle of it.

It was the Diamonds flat I was thinking about....come to think of it I remember that time you got lost now.
