It's nearly 2am so I'll be the one to get in there first by saying the obvious remark that the most likely way she'd wreck any home would be to place weight on it. Harsh but I've had a few.

FWIW I'm familiar with that artwork but assumed, wrongly it turns out, it was Lucian Freud and in the same vein as 'Benefits Superviser Sleeping'.
