Hamburg brothels

I'm planning a trip to Hamburg and would like to visit a city brothel. I've read the 'punting wiki' pages about saunaclubs and eros centers, but would like some first hand info from anyone with experience of these places.
Any names of places that you would recommend or avoid?
Normal price for hh and hour?
Best time to visit - afternoon/evening?
I guess Eros centres are preferable as in city centre ? Are they all in Repperbahn area?

Sorry lots of questions from a newbie, but don't want to get fleeced. Thanks in advance

I've never been there yet, mainly because Hamburg is over exposed, by that I mean the cities been to popular with stag do's for many years, this in turn affects the punting environment, for example the Reeperbahn is mostly a commercial rip off, I guess Hamburg could still be good for punting, you just need to do some research, take a read of ISG and other boards.

Best value for money was definately the Thai eros centres. Theres two of them directly opposite one another on one of the side streets. The price quoted seemed to be a standard 35 euros and the two girls I saw there were happy with this and gave a good service with good attitude. No OWO but then again I didnt ask. I instead opted for oily HR and sex which they were both happy to provide. No stunners in there mind.

Elsewhere on the Reeperbahn I think you are highly likely to get fleeced. Our taxi driver said to us "only idiots go there" and said there was much better quality to be found elsewhere in Hamburg. There are a couple of other Eros centres with some stunning EE girls but they seemed to speak very little English and had a general rip off vibe about them (could have just been me)

Seems obvious, but I would definately avoid the street girls who hang around outside the Herbestrabe. I paid one of them 60 euros only to be told once in the room that it was going to cost a lot more in order for any action to occur.

There is also a brothel next door to the Mcdonalds which I ventured into, only to perform a swift U-turn when I saw the expressions on the girls faces. Not saying they were forced but they did not look happy to be there at all.

Isg forum has regular reports about Hamburg and other locations. Can be a pain to search though.
