I have never experienced a massage like this before.

As stated before on a Thai massage thread I have been a few times  to Royal Orchid at Nantwich and always had a good massage and even better extras.

THIS TIME IT WAS UTTER CRAP.

Booked a specific time and confirmed again early morning.
Arrived 3 or 4 minutes before the agreed time only to find the busy sign on and the door locked.
No answer to my phone calls.
Went for a coffee and still no answer.
Finally get thro and tell the girl I had pre-booked. She didn't understand or didn't want to.
Seems many places will take walk-ins and don't give a shit about the time overlapping with pre-bookings.

When door was finally opened girl said sorry didn't hear phone. Utter bollocks.

Then she asked can you wait another 30 minutes?      I should have walked.

Eventually after about 15 minutes girl comes into the room. Agreed an hours massage. I paid £45.

As I like variety I was happy to try a new (to me) girl.
Average looking about 30 and about a size 8.
Think her name was Wendy.

Massage started and after literally 2 or 3 minutes asked me if I would like her to "make me happy now?" but no touching and it will be £35!
I said later and told her £35 is way too much anyway and to continue the massage.

Massage was rubbish.
Just piling on loads of oil, spreading it around with most running off onto mattress and no massage technique at all.
So, after about another 3 or 4 minutes I said no more oil and let's stop the massage.

Told her to wank me off and she did the necessary. That was not the best either.

I just wanted to have a shower to get rid of the oil and go. Then told I will have to wait 20 minutes for shower.  So I used a couple of "hopefully" clean towels.
Gave her £20 for the wank and told her the whole event was rubbish.
I should have asked for my money back but couldn't be arsed so left.

When I think back to what I have experienced on previous visits with Joy and others this was a nightmare.

I am aware that on some previous complaints  that have been made to Boom (the owner) she has afforded a free massage to the customer and re training for the lady involved. It is worth a complaint as this type of behaviour is becomming more common.

I will call Boom - is she the owners wife?
It was the money grabbing attitude on top of the crap massage. I know all Thai girls are money money money but this one was different and just annoyed me.

Hello,
      Boom does have a husband but i believe her to be the brains behind the Royal Orchid chain in Staffs and Cheshire. You are entitled to feel annoyed. If you were paying for anything else and that product was substandard, many of us would have no problem complaining. I will be interested to hear what Boom has to say as she is very business savvy and anything that may impact on her pocket, she should be all over.

Standards were usually good when Boom just had the shop in Crewe but the standard of staff has gone downhill since the opening in Newcastle and latterly Nantwich. I don't bother to visit any more since a couple of crap massages by untrained uninterested money grabbing ladies. I'll leave Boom out of that last statement as she does offer a great massage but sadly no nice ending and Sally who is one of the original Crewe therapists, she's good as well and will leave you satisfied.

POSITIVE VISIT. I went to the Royal Orchid last week without an appointment.  I was the only customer when I arrived and paid the expected £25 for a 30 minute massage. My masseuse was Wawa - very cute but spoke very little English.  Naked (with towel) on the table and got a very good hot oil massage on my back and legs.  On turning over I asked the question and paid £20 for a HE.  I was allowed to touch her back, legs and bum through her clothes but nothing on the front.  The HE was followed by a really relaxing massage of my front finishing up with a head massage.  The shower was very good - really hot with lots of gel.  Overall it was a very pleasant experience lasting a short while over time.  The entrance is on the main road, but I wasn't aware of being looked at by the rest of the people in the street.

Whilst i have never been to the Nantwich establishment, i have mostly received a decent massage at Crewe,Newcastle.There was once where a lady wanted £40 for HE. Suffice to say i did not pay. It was her arrogance as much as anything that was off putting which is not too good a trait in anyone. Boom has always provided a good massage but nothing more. I used to see Kat who was a character but she left apparently under a cloud. I think Pim was one lady i saw but she bemoaned the fact that she did HE after the event wich put me off. I never ever want someone to feel they have to do something they do not want. It was not me she washaving a moan at but just in general. I was on my way to Thailand and Manchester airport, i called into the Crewe shop and Saw Joy. Really very good. She was attractive more so because of lovely personality. I am a fan of Thai ladies but do realise they cover all spectrums. There are all sorts of scams in Thailand and the ladies here are only a product of where they are from. That said like most people, the majority are fine.
