Was looking at this one when the alarm bells began to ring as I saw it says in the profile that she doesn't have full face photos because of privacy and yet there are a number of full face photos. What's that all about then?

That's just where she is based/where she's accessing from. There's a separate bit for nationality that she's not filled in.
