Her flat is in the first floor - there is a lift, but you have to go up a few steps to get into the building, and once you're on the floor as well. It's one of those old blocks that has an odd design. The corridor leading to the flat is pretty narrow as well. If you're in a wheelchair, it would be quite tricky.
