Yes, it's standard until they verify any photos or documents I provide as proof of ID.

I've submitted my passport, and another verification photo, which I waited 2 days to get verified, only to be told the photo quality wasn't good enough, so they were rejected. My phone isn't the greatest for photos.

I've resubmitted them today, after using my iPad camera,  so just waiting to hear back.
