Comms: Good, texted in the morning about a lunchtime appointment. Clear communication about directions and extra prices (OWO, CIM, Facial, all £30). Paid £100 for half an hour

No, the £100 was the base price and the extras were not included. She was in a flat in the centre of Harlow, near the Water Gardens
