Image search threw up loads of hits so its difficult to distinguish between borrowed & reality.

However during a phone number check this photo came up & looks like the same girl to me.

Searching again using said photo revealed loads of hits again but one non escorting one stood out, personally i think that could be where the photo originates from?

Also if you look at the girls age & registration date she's not 18 as advertised.
In conclusion i believe that if you hired Lucy you wouldn't get the girl in the picture (just my opinion though & I'm happy to be proved wrong)

That is some top detective work yorkshire123. 

I need to put a stick it note on the top of my screen saying Reverse Search Images.... I keep forgetting to do so, though I've set it so it is only a right click away.

It is great that you have also considered the context as well since sometimes there is a tendency to just dismiss a girl as fake just due to a reverse search match without considering the context.

Sounds stupid, but I'd say she was fake  just from the amount of rings she has on her fingers... I've seen a few Hungarian girls and that seems to be the fashion amongst them.
