Sounds like she was having an awful day and took it out on you, or simply didn't want to be there. Either way, not your problem to absorb. Twelve minutes and out is about all you can do in that situation.
To answer your question, yes, had completely different experiences with the same SP. It happens. How you deal with it really depends on the provider. I've had situations where a simple conversation fixed the problem entirely, no drama, just an honest word and things improved. Others, I've raised something gently and had it blow up spectacularly. At that point you just stop going back.
It comes down to how seriously the person takes their job. The ones who care will hear you out and adjust. The ones who don't, well, no amount of feedback is going to change that. You just move on.
The traceable phone bit would concern me more than the booking itself, if I'm honest. Worth sorting that out before anything else.
