I've been trying to up my clear water intake for other health reasons, but having read this I will say that recently i've been performing a bit better than usual. Its worth keeping an eye on this.

I found drinking water from the tap not that enjoyable, and the bottled stuff would be expensive/prone to plastic ingress.

I realise I might take some stick for this.. but there is an Ayurvedic practice of storing water in a copper jug for a couple of hours before drinking.
I now keep a copper jug by the kitchen sink, fill it up when empty and decant water to drink from it as needed.

Regardless of any proposed Ayurvedic  benefits which I know zero about, I can say (in my experience of about 3yrs now) it does make the water taste somehow 'smoother', creamier even. I no longer have to force myself to drink water - because it now tastes better.

As I said I know this sounds like Youtube whooo but all I can say is that adopting this practice (storing water in a copper jug and decanting from there), allowed me to significantly increase my water intake as it tastes somehow... err.. less shite.
So I'm putting this here as an idea for anyone who finds it a mission to make themselves drink tap water  :hi:

I personally don't have an issue with the taste of tap water but many people do, including some family members.

During the last 18 months it has become especially important to me to ensure I maintain a good level of hydration. A simple option is just to add a very small amount of cordial/squash to the tap water and this makes it a much less 'boring' drink and also will completely  disguise any objectionable taste from the tap water and at a very minimal cost compared to bottled water  :hi:

I usually boil tap water and leave it to cool down then pour it into large thermal insulation bottles. I have heard about health benefits with copper such as wearing copper rings/bracelets. Something I will test out.

I'm also on doctor's orders to drink a minimum of 8 glasses of fluids a day.

For some reason I find that boiled water is more palatable and easier to swallow, particularly If it's still slightly warm.

Can I ask you guy’s opinion about what you define as a the core of a healthy sex life.

I mean this question genuinely not sceptically.  :)

Healthy could be cereal, dairy, vegetable, lots of water, fruit etc etc.   ….or a mixture.

But what in your opinion is the core food out of all these for a healthy sex life.

I have always been told that avocado is tops but not sure :unknown:

Think it's the chlorine etc that steams off after boiling, probably breaks down a few other impurities as well

Make a smoothie with watermelon, beetroot, pomegranate, spinach, lemon and ginger. Fresh ingredients if possible. The first two are probably the most important. Neck it with a Citrulline capsule, and perhaps an Arginine capsule as well.

These ingredients will help open up your blood vessels. Like nature's Viagara.  ;)

Definitely justifies a ‘like’.

Thanks

+1 to the above.
I've been taking a daily Arginine and Citrulline capsule for a few years.
Just for insurance (ie keeping arteries more relaxed throughout the day)

A quick chat about it (contains sound obvs)..

I forgot to add one other very important ingredient to the beetroot smoothie recipe. Cayenne pepper. The fiery kick really helps!
