It depends on how you interpret their price list.

As a punter you'd probably think the £20 for CIM includes OWO. As an SP you might be more inclined to think the £20 for CIM is on top of the £10 for OWO.

Yeah, it's open to misinterpretation/abuse & it's deffo best to confirm with the girl beforehand but in my experience the £10 charge for OWO is usually included in the overall £20 rate for CIM/OWOTC.

It's the same price as an AW half hour, give or take a tenner. Not sure it's a joke if she's super fit and delivers CIM very well (OP said she drained him dry).
