No punter with any knowledge of the saunas goes near the place any more.

I can only think that the management are so clueless that they can't or won't do anything about it or it makes enough money that they don't give a shit. I find that hard to believe because the revenue it generates must be a fraction of what it was.

Of course there is another possibility but I prefer not to speculate here.

I'm in the same boat.I gave up on it in 2013 but with hindsight there was still Lucy,Zoe,Marie,Annarita there that now appears to be some sort of mini-Golden Age compared to the current shambles.
I imagine they used to make more money in the pre-2003 days when they only had the 4 rooms +the box room than they do now.
