Firstly, thanks for all of the current info posted on the board regarding AG. Planning on my first visit tomorrow 

Apologies if this has already been covered, but what do you wear when in the bar/lounge area during recovery time? Are you in your civvies or do you have to get changed upon arrival? Are towels/flip flops provided?

You wear nothing. Towels are provided. You can also chill out and talk to the ladies in the dance floor area. No civvies as far as I remember.
