I can see where Jay was coming from. Remember some WG’s are not always the sharpest tools in the box. This one clearly failed his logic test.

Best thing always is to say please text me your postcode. Always works like a charm. If you are not ready to meet, just log it, text  some excuse such as, “will text you for a booking tomorrow”and then you know where she’s based.  :hi:

As mentioned, very likely a Bait & Switch. But at least her location is very central, so if you're really tempted you could always check it out, expecting that if it is not her you will walk.
