Just being on IG doesn't make it a fake.  She's in UK and she's listed on at least one model portfolio site where they directly engage with photographers and other creatives at all levels of ability, professionalism and motive. More than a few such models are available for adult content including interactive and some have been id'd in the past as sex workers or found on Seeking type sites.
