I agree in principle, but I think that metaphor is a bit different though. It would be more like learning to cook while working at fast food joint, because you participate in the making of the dish, although you don't really need to know what you're doing, but end result is OK. As you say, nothing beats good communication skills for a(lasting) civvie relationship, but if being crap in bed is a big worry, learning from a pro ain't the worst idea, is all. Anyway, we may continue to babble on speculating, and OP may turn up and tell us he just wants to make WG come 
I disagree. I think a WG is just going to tell you exactly what she thinks you want to hear. She is going to tell you "what she likes" and then tell you you just did it perfectly and you are wonderful.
If she is any good that is what she will do because it will reassure you about your insecurities and make you feel like a "real man" and if she's a crap hooker she'll do that because it's the easiest thing to do.
Or maybe not. Either way ... and this is the real point ... you'd never know.
I don't think you are part of the process in that sense. You aren't working in the kitchen. You're paying for the meal. That's why they call us punters and them sex workers.
You and I obviously have differing views on this, and that's not a problem, but I really do think that learning how to have sex from a prossie IS a really bad idea. She doesn't care, shas no incentive to help you get free girls and you're never ever going to know whether she is being honest with you anyway.
But then of course if he does just want her to come, in my experience the easiest way would be to just tell her so. She'll have a mind-blowing-wall-shaking-when-harry-met-sally orgasm for him in seconds and, (if she's any good), he'll never know the difference.
