Can't see any problem with it if she states on her profile what are the extras and how much they cost. Just add up the price together with the extras you want and decide if you're willing to pay the total.

Exactly if a girl is £80 for 30 minutes then OK provided OWO and CIM / Facial is included but when you then find out that they are an extra £20 each then it's an expensive punt

Don't have that much experience in the matter but I'm always put off by girls charging extra. If it's inclusive then they'll probably be more enthusiastic about it. generally yes, but sometimes it is something they are not keen on but as with many things in life there is a price, so if you will pay an extra £50 for it then yes they will do it.  The message is that in reality they are not keen and frankly you are better of going somewhere cheaper and probably with someone who will be more enthusiastic.

Anal is the biggest variable. Some include it, for others it's an extra whether in the UK or other countries.
