I arrive at the hotel bang on time, and text to ask for the room number. After 5 minutes there's no reply so I call, still no reply. 10 minutes after I arrived a text pops up saying the room wasn't ready so she was running 30 minutes late, can I wait? I tell her it's not on and why didn't she have the courtesy to call or text me to advise she was late? No reply. After 30 minutes waiting in the car park I call to see if she's ready, she blocks my call. She texts back to say that as I wasn't understanding of her situation she won't see me!

I'm furious at this point, and decide to leave. I need to call the hotel as I require the code to exit the car park so I call with my number witheld. After they give me the code I explain that I had been to their hotel to see an escort who refused to see me, which causes them a problem as their rather small car park will be full of angry punters caused by this lady asking them to wait! I give the hotel the girl's phone number, and they thank me for their help.

By the time I get home I see the girl has already changed location on her profile, so I assume the hotel acted on the info I gave them.

Now I'm not expecting anyone to pat me on the back, in fact some of you will probably criticise me for what I have done. But just as much as a girl's ability to make a living is important, your time and my time is equally important. She chose not to inform me she was running late (and I don't believe that for one moment the room wasn't ready, most likely she double booked), she wasted my time, so I decided to teach her a lesson.

And oddly enough, have a look at the last line in her profile...

Did you not think to perhaps give this WG the benefit of the doubt and that she might've been telling the truth.  Many's the time I've turned up at a budget hotel, for an overnight stay not a punt, before the stated 2pm arrival time on their website and been told by hotel staff that they'd have to check first that the room is ready.  Some people are late risers and selfishly late in vacating a room the following morning by the 10am deadline.
Also OP can you hand on heart say that you have never kept a WG waiting ... if on a first time visit to an unfamiliar area ... taken a wrong turn ... been caught up in unexpectedly heavy traffic ... or just plain misjudged the time and distance involved to get to a punt venue.
As others have said why not just write a short negative or neutral review but even that I would argue should be reserved for persistent or serial timewasters.

I wouldn't of bothered telling the hotel myself but I certainly would of done a negative review on her on here which I see you haven't done as yet. Her hypocrisy is clear in that last paragraph on her profile, I hope she loses some business off the back of this. I have had this exact same scenario a number of times so know how annoying it is.

I don't ever give WGs the benefit of the doubt nowadays as I see some are mentioning, I have a zero tolerance policy, once my booking is accepted if a WG doesn't honour it a negative review will be the outcome, I have heard every excuse in the book over the years and never believe any of them.

Ukp is a great place but of the total number of punters in the uk i think only a small subsection are members or know about this site. This is the reason why consistently terrible wg's are still in business and raking in cash. Also aw profile can simply be dumped and a new one created. If she dosent show face pictures in the new profile then she can easily slip under the radar.

What it has shown to me is that those people who are saying 'oh, it fucks up other girls working at this hotel' really haven't got a clue. It wasn't me who fucked up, it was Claudia! If Claudia had been able to sort out her scheduling/comms better, then she would have seen me, and I would go away a happy punter. For whatever reason, she decided not to let me know she was running late til I arrived at the appointed time, I am guessing that nobody in here is defending her for this?
