Kim K got found out on the beach recently. Real Papp were there and snapped her up. There's photos of her at the same time where she looks good as fuck. These were taken. Uy their hired papp. The real Papp didn't edit there photos and there she was in all her full shitty nappy/diaper butt glory. Lol.
I have a close friend who works in this field. She says the old clients she understands to an extent. They want to look young, but then there are the extreme ones that look ridiculous at such an old age with the amount of work they want done. My friend sets a limit and won't go beyond that as ultimately it reflects on her. She also has an increasing number of young women wanting work done. Wealthy celeb parents paying for their kids to have xyz done or well off 20 year olds wanting to look like whichever celeb is 'in'. Ultimately there's a psychological problem that's needs looking into. Society just doesn't see it as that big a problem, as it's not specifically weight based body dismorphia.
There's a guy at my gym who is frikin massive. He's about 5foot though. Looks ridiculous. Arms bigger then a regular guys thighs. This guy is like a human bulldog on steroids (no doubt he's on them). Body dismorphia. He's never happy and wants to be bigger. Not an anorexic so nobody really sees it as a serious problem.
