I've been told I'm marked as a timewaster in the area only escorts can see on AW. I'm not sure if there's anything worse than that. It's all complete bollocks put there by a very strange woman who I'd been e-mailing but never saw. Her profile has now gone. All my feedback is positive.
My question is, how much importance do escorts put on info in this wee secret area?

Only verified wgs will see it RPG, so I don't know how many bother with it

Offline rpg

Right, you know I've asked the question elsewhere but thought I'd drop it in here as well. Didn't realise it was only verified girls who saw it.
Is it there forever? Even though the mad lady who put it there has disappeared?

I'm not sure, have u tried contacting aw about it ?

Offline rpg

Haven't no. Thought I'd see if it has any effect on my next few prospective punts first. I've only had one punt since it happened and that was on another profile I created as I'd lost access to original. Now got it back and other profile deleted so I'll see how it goes.

Ah... that might be your problem.

Anyone who they think has two profiles is shown to everyone that you email.  They don't need to be verified to see this information, which consists of the names of all your profiles.

It is acceptable to have two profiles on AW: a "seeking services" and a "providing services" one.  I know because I have both, and on my "providing" profile I can see the dual identities of those I have written to, if any.  Note that is in the past tense - they see that info once the email appears on their "sent" list.  So that might explain any attitude change subsequent to that event.

Those that you write to that aren't verified will not be able to see your "seeking services" profile(s), except for the account you sent them the email from.

You need to ask yourself whether two or more profiles are needed.

Thanks for that k. The reason I had two profiles was because I wanted to change my e-mail address in the original one in case the scary woman tried to contact me on it. I made a mess of it and couldn't get back in. I started another profile and had 1 punt.
As soon as the mess was sorted with the original profile I deleted the new one. A feedback I left now says "user not active" Is that it gone or will it still show up as two?

Offline k

I think you should be fine if it says "user not active".

I take notice to it, if the man has very few feedback.
The red (danger) is the one I do take notice to, however if there are no actual notes next to the timewaster/dangerous imo it proves nothing.

The existence of that kind of information, without any "right of reply" is not good.

It is a crap system. Most of the girls will just tick the timewaster box, but won't put a reason why.
I think if a man has consistent good feedback it should be a matter of concern.

Too right, I'm telling you all this about a scary woman who marked me as a TW for crap reasons. You've only got my word for it and I could be trying to get you all to feel sorry for me so some kind girl might offer to have a look for me! (hint hint)  :kissgirl:
Seriously, at least if I had right to reply everyone I contacted could see what I had to say. Shouldn't this area just be kept for reporting psychos to each other?

I only knew about it when I kept getting email notifications saying I had mail on aw but when I logged in there was nothing, then aw contacted me saying they had intercepted the messages as it was some wg wanting me to lie for her about some guy, so they had deleted her off

You could be talking about scary woman (you're not are you?) Looks like she's been deleted.

I don't have a clue RPG but I took it to be someone more local to me

I will always look at the notes but I will use my own judgment as I know how bitchy some girls can be
I will look at the feed back and if there is lots saying he didn't turn up then yes it was likely to be true but if they all say he was lovely etc then I will go ahead but with my eyes open

On your profile there should be a part that you can write about yourself
Just put a note in there explaining what happened, so the girls can read it

I've just done exactly that. Thanks Sarah

Sometimes the notes can be helpful.  I used to ingore them until I ignored one about a guy turning stalkerish and it turned out he does after a booking.  Now I tend to read them carefully and compare them to how he is with me in emails and phone calls before deciding what to do.

The notes however can be abused.  I.e girl sees a well paying client decides and decides she wants to make sure he comes back to her so leaves really bad remarks in his notes so other women avoid him.  This industry is so bitchy and back stabbing that it is better to make judgements on how someone is with you rather than read someone elses remarks

These notes you are referring to:

At what point can notes be entered in about someone?  Is it after a booking has been completed (confirmed or not confirmed), or can you write notes on anyone, whether or not a booking has been made through the AW system?

As soon as someone has emailed you, then you can write notes. Utterly pointless sometimes.

In my case no booking was ever made but there had been plenty of e-mails back and forward.
