I've used Gracies Girls a couple of times, according to people who have known them longer they are what used to be NNE. I have found that they alter the incall rota quite often, so you might book with a girl for next day only to find that she is suddenly classed as off, or been substituted for a different girl. Don't know if all agencies do this as I'm not familiar with the others but I guess it could be very annoying.

Check reviews on the agency sites and try and cross reference with reviews on here. I use Amour on a regular basis and also used Allure , I have found both have been excellent.
