Even if you were minded to tip them, when would you do it? Most times you pay at that start so tipping at that point would be idiotic. But, handing them a tenner at end of the booking would surely feel weird, awkward, condescending and cringey.
In virtually all situations I can think of you give a tip at the same time as paying/settling the bill...... I  don't think escorting lends itself to tipping.
