Had you met her before I'm always left perplexed by prossies doing runners or saying they are going to put the money in then car and will be back soon. How can people still fall for these tricks

I actually think its a fairly tricky situation.

For a start its more or less norm in UK to pay near start of punt...the more organised guys have a brief conversation about services before offering dosh over...but nine times out of ten you pay before action starts. (Yes...there are a few WG's that actually prefer money later on, but in UK they are a smallish minority.)

So you pay...and WG starts walking away. Not a good sign...you might well have a good idea you're about to be conned...but what do you do? We'll all have our own answers to that...but certainly in my case I'm never going to resort to any "physical measures"...if "WG" pisses off, she pisses off.

As one of my punting gurus said long ago "If prospect of losing large wads of money troubles you, find another hobby".

It happens and anyone can get caught out.

In my pre UKP days, I wasn't so much caught as I let it happen.

I'd booked a girl from Bristol and she was happy to travel to Cardiff.  She turned up, wasn't as pretty as her photos suggested and was standing in the apartment corridor smoking!

I wanted to tell her to leave but the little brain took over.  Having paid her she told me she needed to pay her driver and left a travel bag and her phone as security.  I guessed that there was nothing of value in the bag and that the phone would be crap but I realised that I didn't care!

So I pointed out that her phone number, profile pictures were a matter of record, showed her that her car and driver had been captured on the 'public' CCTV that surrounded the apartment block.  And off she went, I watched the car drive off and to be honest wasn't that bothered!

As I sipped a drink a bit of anger sparked, so I called her, asked what she was doing and told her the car registration number.  I further told her that, like the OP, I had nothing to hide or worry about and would contact the Police.  So come back, return my money and all would be forgotten.

She simply said, "Fuck Off, tough shit!"  Now I got angry.

So I called the Police, they were much more interested and acted immediately, they took the CCTV recording and the car was stopped at the Toll Booths, when there were booths in both directions.  Questioned, brought back to Cardiff, I was invited to identify the girl.

She was charged with theft, her driver with aiding and abetting.  As time went by he was identified as a pimp in Bristol and so further charges were brought against him.

Then it all went pear shaped.  They pleaded guilty to some minor offences.  As I had no way of identifying the money, I could not prove it was mine, so it was not returned to me, I should have kept the withdrawal slip from the hole in the wall.

So I ended up with no money, no sex but a great deal of satisfaction of calling out a scammer.

The police were well out of order.  You could report them to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

When things go from bad to worse...

I had an arrangement on Friday night with a Sugar Babe who turned out to be a Sour Bitch! Despite repeated warnings and knowing better than everyone else I paid up front  :dash: ten minutes later she's doing Lewis Hamilton impressions down the street with my £200 tucked away in her jeans.

Being a complete sad case, no friends or family, I decided to have a conversation with the police. Took a stroll into the station this afternoon, had a chat with one bloke on the front desk about paying some strange woman for her time and she had done a runner. He rang back an hour later with a station surgery appointment for 8pm tonight.

I have just spent an hour being interviewed by two women wooden tops, discussing the nature of the arrangement, sitting while they read my whole WhatsApp conversation with the SB, being repeatedly told that I was admitting to taking part in prostitution (which is illegal!) and that the poor defenseless pro$$ie was merely guilty of short timing me. In order to progress the conversation I had to willfully state that the money paid was for her to indulge in sexual activity and thereby incriminating myself for being involved with prostitution.

The old brutish looking plod disappeared to discuss what, if any crime had actually occurred leaving the younger miserable one to try and convince me that the thieving pro$$ie had done less wrong than me. The return of the older one brought the news that they would have to investigate the case and classify it as fraud. The young savage insisting that I be charged with offences relating to prostitution.

Two important lessons learned, never pay up front on an outcall! Don't bother with the police if you get ripped off!

Prostitution is not illegal. Are the two woman officers trying to put you off pursuing the case?  I would ask to see someone else, perhaps higher up.

There is an offence 'obtaining money by deception'. I'm not a lawyer, but perhaps this applies here?

Flunt you did a very courageous thing going to  the police, to be met with the attitude that they would rather try and charge you with an offence, that of course is the easy option for the police, your there no work involved, I understand it's a difficult situation having to prove the prossie committed an offence , if there's only you and her there at the time, also trying to ID her and then actually trying to get your cash back , complete nightmare with that police attitude!, but from your description of events, I don't think anyone on here would have anything but sympathy for your ordeal, on the up side this prossie may be quite a practised scammer, and probably as well you didn't get physical in anyway with her,as they usually have an escape plan if it turns nasty,as I mentioned in another thread a friend of mine got into dispute with a prossie and got stabbed with a nail file, so as your safe the most important thing, expensive, frustrating , and pure anger , but a lesson in not trusting, I can only thank you for sharing this awful experience as lesson to all of us to be very careful with prossies some of them can be a very dangerous breed! :hi:

I hope that the police can succeed in getting her charged. Keep us posted about that.

I'm guessing that the cops are trying to put you off pursuing this case, because they dont like dealing with ones like it, perhaps because they could be difficult to prove.

PS. If the police don't succeed, perhaps you could post her photos and location on Twitter, and inform others that she is a scamming bitch.

As far as the police goes, I don't think they will do much about it. It is fairly minor (apart from my point of view), almost impossible to prove anything and not really in the public interest.

They asked me what I wanted as an outcome, getting the cash back was doubtful. I told them I wanted her collar felt, I would love to see her cautioned but the reality is that they have no interest  :unknown:

When you look at all the problems in the country: terrorism, drugs, people trafficking; general murder and mayhem; one mug punter not getting screwed for £200 has probably cost the police more than that without even starting anything.

I might as well quote myself from the other thread.

Thanks to most of you, I do slightly agree with cunningplan but also the fact that most can't report it means that the cheating skanks will keep doing it and getting away with it!

Once the pro$$ie has the money there is nothing you can do to retrieve it, without committing a more serious crime: assault, unlawful imprisonment or worse. I don't need sympathy, it's me sharing an experience with a dodgy pro$$ie and the futility of contacting the police. It was an interesting conversation about paying for sex, especially considering the amount of bad reviews I read, financially I'm no worse off than I would have been had I got the ride.

I did consider leaving the money by my bed to reduce the risk but my intention with outcalls has always been to make the pro$$ie relaxed and comfortable. The moral of the story, don't pay up front, if the pro$$ie is not happy with that find one that is.

Sorry to hear mate.

Would you like to explain - if not too painful off course?

I nearly lost a lot of money with a well known ex-porn, babestation, escort but later it turned out that she had NOT stolen £810

All the best

Sounds like it perhaps worked out okay in your case then.

For me it was a woman I found on Adultwork who was offering quite an unusual (and indeed suspicious) service.  She didn't actually say on her page 100% what the offer was until you contacted her but it turned out to be that she wanted £800 in advance supposedly to help pay for an upcoming holiday and in return she would meet the person who gave her the money between say 10-15 times for sex.  This arrangement would be backed up by a sex contract similar to the one in 50 Shades of Grey (not worth the paper it is written on of course seeing that we did it ourselves or rather I did it).  After exchanging a lot of messages we met at a pub to get to know one another and then again a few days later where I gave her the money.  She said she had to get back to her kids that night though so claimed she didn't have time for any sex there and then on the night of the money handover and us signing the contracts that I'd put together.  Of course that was the last I saw or heard from her.  Obviously it was very risky doing what I did so it was very much my own fault really especially seeing that she made a number of mistakes which I chose to ignore.  I noticed these as they were happening as well not just in hindsight but I thought it was a good deal for me if she was genuine and I had the money spare so decided to risk it.  To give you some examples of a couple of mistakes she made when we met at the pub she seemed to have forgotten her own deadline for when she needed the money (she had told me the deadline earlier in an email).  Also she wanted me to be the one to do everything with the contract which I thought was suspicious as you would think she'd want to do that herself if anything or would at least want to work on it together.  I thought at the time the reason she wants me to waste my time on it is because she knows she has no intention of honouring it.  On the whole though to be fair she was fairly convincing when we met at the pub which kind of made me think that perhaps she was genuine.

I actually started using this site again after a long time away so I could warn anybody about her should a thread appear with someone asking about her.  She is still on Adultwork you see but has a different name now than when she scammed me and has changed her page to something more regular/traditional in the type of service she offers.  Her name is Nothing123 if you want to check her out.

Do you think it would be worth making my own thread to draw attention to this scammer and to act as a warning?  And sorry original poster for going off on a tangent about my own situation.

I think you should definately post a warning about this thief in a Negative Review and contact Admin to add her to the blacklist.

I don't think your the only one to get taken by these devious low lives, they plan this sort of scam, that's what makes your thread so important to expose these parasites, and with luck be able to blacklist them and cut off their income, never going to stamp it out, but at least we can try to avoid them with the help of members of the UKP forum.

And the part that leaves a really bad taste is the police attitude, that really stinks and they wonder why people don't want to help them.

Thanks mate!

Think a report here would be beneficial to one and all. This is the point when I see posting a review as essential even if fear of embarassment may prevent a punter from doing so - and I am not the greatest advocate of leaving reviews.

Sorry to hear about your situation original poster.  I actually had a woman from Adultwork scam me out of £800 believe it or not earlier this year so I know how it feels.

LINK PLEASE he shouted in capital letters, essential for our protection.

I had a lady con me in High Wycombe.  She was not at the given address but then found me in the street, took me to a different house, left the room with my cash and did a runner. I went to the cops who were very sympathetic, but said by her subterfuge it had become street prostitution. I had her photo from AW and it was obvious she was known to them. I had no news of any outcome but I was not pursued by the Old Bill.

I thought she was called Tulisa but it would be in SE reviews but now I cannot find it.

Firstly, welcome back to UKP, Discord  :hi:
Second. Yes, you should do a review. This is hugely important. Please don''t wait for someone to start a thread and you contribute to it. A review will give her service ethic the relevant exposure.
OK, you had the money to spare - that's fortunate. Others struggle to pull together the £150/hr rate she's advertising at.

Do the right thing. It's not about being vindictive, it's about protecting the customer's funding pool.

Cheers Smiths, I was adamant I had done nothing wrong. The young plod was a proper feminazi!

I did point out to them that the reason Saville got away with things for so long was that no action was taken against individual complaints. The pro$$ie turned up with a bag of junk clothes and cheap shoes which she abandoned. I took that with me and pointed out that her intention was to rip me off from the start.

As has been said if bothered enough you can take this to the IPCC or like I did with a complaint I had some time ago contact the Department Of Professional Standards (DPS) if it occurred in the Metropolitan Police area who were very helpful with me though I didn't agree with the end result. I firstly contacted the borough chief to inform him, but he had no record of the matter I was complaining about so he told me.

Thanks for the memory gents, it was a nightmare and a lesson in the need to report to friends on here to help prevent more such squalid events.

It makes you wonder what cops are being taught at Police academy, if they come out with tripe like that, is Harriet Harman running their training classes? or more likely they're aware prostitution isn't illegal, but think most of the general public are idiots and don't know this fact, so try and scare rather than do their job.
