booked for a 2 hour out call at my hotel in Milton Keynes, by phone then confirmed booking on AW 24 hours in advance.
Charlie texted me to confirm on the morning of the booking and I replied saying I would let her have hotel room number when I checked in later that day. to which she responded with a "thanks see you later"
sent room number 3 hour prior to arranged time, no further contact from Charlie and did not turn up. by then it was too late to arrange an alternative

This one annoys me the most. Booking a hotel then a independent does a no show. Always do the booking early in a hotel so you have time for a backup.

she was the back up punt!!  the original booking cancelled with 36 hours notice and much apology

She has been going for years.  Not terribly reliable.  Used to work at HoD in MK but has been an indie before and after.  Nice looking and a fairly energetic and interactive punt though it's some time since I last met her.  Not re-booked for the reason you give; actually getting a booking is too much like hard work.
