This was proposed for Scotland a few years ago but didn't get enough support.
I am not sure but think they are trying again. Personally I don't think it has anything to do with staying in or leaving. However, I reckon it is something that could be on the cards if we continue to allow illegal immigrants to act outside the law and we know many work in the sex industry.

The article that I read about the French decision said that 85% of girls are trafficked!!! What total bollocks!

I had thought along those lines myself. It would be hard to prove.
However, if the girl is advertising sex for sale (say on AW) and you get caught having sex with her and you tell them you paid her £140 to make a cup of tea, the old Bill may very well not believe you! Probably best not to mention the money!

I see a regular who has a couple of kids and a partner, all legit and low key.
If I happen to pop round and have sex when hubby's at work there's no crime there, unless they can prove that the money I gave her to help with the bills was for sex.
