Suggestions for Cape Town, South Africa

Hi
Anyone got any suggestions for Cape Town?
I've been to Mavericks (lap dancing) which has amazing girls from EE and Russia as well as SA girls and agreed a next day deal of R5000 for the night (about £400 at the time) but circumstances meant I couldn't do it.
So, anyone done anything down there worth mentioning?

Don't know if this is of use to the original poster but I can thoroughly recommend Cape Town. I went earlier this year and was amazed by the variety and low cost of the escort scene. My suggestion, stay on or near Long Street, my hotel was completely girl friendly, they just called up to ask me if I was expecting a visitor and sent them up, can PM the hotel details.

If it's your thing there are street girls on and around Long Street but if you check out sextrader.co.za and pay for the monthly premium (about £10) you can get details of a lot of escorts. Compared to the UK it is phenomenally cheap £20-30 an hour for whatever you want, £100 more or less for an overnight outcall.

I would avoid the lapdance clubs, they were the most expensive option at £70-100 an hour.

I've been to Joburg many times for work but this was the first time in Cape Town, if your impressions of South Africa are formed by Joburg (driving everywhere, worried about crime, etc) forget them as central Cape Town is very safe, there are special police/security on every corner all night. I didn't feel threatened once while I was there.

I think prostitution and paying for sex is illegal but the police have better things to do than waste their time on this

Having punted in alot of Europe, Asia and the US I would say that Cape Town is probably one of the best destinations I have visited taking in account both the availability and cost of escorting and the overall atmosphere of the place.

I'm comparing to the London scene where I have had very good experiences so far, mostly using HOD.
Can I ask, are the girls mostly SA locals or foreign?
I know Long St well; are there any 'upmarket' agencies that you know of, or parlours? I'm happy to pay for the best quality and safety.
Do you end up dealing direct with the girls via the website, or pimps? I'm not sure how I'd feel about the latter.
Due to the health issues of africa, I assume covered oral is the only way to go for health reasons?
Finally, is there a pick up scene in any of the top end hotels as far as you are aware?

In the back you should find adverts for escorts and agencies. I would avoid the smaller ads, but you should see larger ones advertising parlours/agencies/clubs.
Day:
There was a good, (relatively) upmarket parlour called Zandalee in the CBD which had a sister parlour (I think it was called Elegance) on Long St or one of the parallel streets - the newspaper advert was clearly designed by the same person as the Zandalee advert. Both were in office blocks, pretty discreet, although the security at the ground floor door will know (but not care) what you are there for. They were daytime 9-5 parlours, with 4-6 girls offering a variety of services. I never saw security inside the parlours - one of the girls would host.
House fee was R400, with basic service (oral and sex) another R400 (for the hour) - that had been the same for a good four years up until I last went. All the girls were either white or coloured (to use the local terminology) - there were no black girls.
Night:
For night time you could try the Ranch - out of town on the N1 - I haven't got any personal experience but it tends to get reviewed fairly favourably.
There was a Russian run club on Castle St which had nice Russian girls at R700/hour - I don't know if it is still there or what it is now called.

Ok, an update from the OP.

I had a text and phone conv with a girl from AW, but in the end it didn't quite work out.
For reference, I would do everything covered when down there.

I use esa as they have a forum and reviews and the SPs are generally of good quality.

Have punted repeatedly in South Africa and sextrader.co.za and newspaper classifieds are best places.  Expect to pay R500 for a good punt any less and she'll be very rough looking and anymore and you're being ripped off although for Cape Town R800 is probably about right but I have never punted there.
