Ok since you asked and genuinely want to know, for me a good punt (apart from the services) are about enthusiasm, respect and appreciation.
Enthusiam - Act like he's the only client you've seen all month and are genuinely pleased to see him. He's not paying you to turn up at the door looking like the incredible sulk because you want the money but don't want to to do the work. Try to act like you're enjoying yourself, don't just lie there like a zombie. He doesn't care how many guys you've seen that day, he wants his appointment to be the absolute best - and that's what you should be aiming for every time money changes hands. If you're tired then see less clients, if you don't feel enthusiastic then take the day off, you'll be doing yourself and your clients a huge favor. You may have seen 10 guys this week but he may have seen only 1 WG this year - you. Think of it that way and you won't disappoint.
Respect - Don't answer your phone, make calls, text people, wander off to the kitchen, look out the window, play with your hair, play with the pillow or with anything other than his willy. Don't rush him, show fustration, anger, resentment or dictate what you prefer to do. Don't lie about services offered, post photoshopped pics, clockwatch, timewaste or try to end appointments early with excuses about kids, hospital appointments, sick gerbils or hamsters. If you are willing enough to take his money you should be willing and decent enough to honour your agreement and see through the appointment. Respect includes honesty so don't lie on your profile because as you can see from this forum questionable profiles get called out very quickly.
Appreciation - He's just given you a large sum of money to do something you already claim to enjoy doing and chosen you out of thousands of your competitors, the least you can do is pretend to to be pleased. If you knew how hard it is to make £120 per hour after tax in a normal job and if you took a moment to realise just how many other WG's are out there circling like vultures and clawing for business then you would greet and treat very client that walked through your door like a long lost lover.
It's very easy to get into the conveyor belt mentality but for all you know the punter could have jumped through hoops, fire and done a mission impossible with the wife to book that one appointment with you. If after all that he turns up gets a bunch of the negatives listed above, you can guarantee he wont be back.
A large part of what many punters deem as a good punt actually boils down to the girls behaviour and attitude during it. Even if she isn't the best at oral he's not going to take her to the cleaners with a bad field report for that. Behaviour and attitude are what leave a lasting impression so if for instance her profile says one thing and during the punt it's another (and she argues about it and gets ratty) then that's the lasting impression that's going to stick.
Take my advice, put yourself in the shoes of a punter and I promise not only will you have happy clients throwing money at you but also more regulars then you know what to do with.
