I am a secret lurker here who does not leave reviews - I know what you are thinking - but on this occasion felt sufficiently moved to do so.

At present I am in debt of £390, I have got the bank involved, they are trying to investigate this matter as 'fraud' and attempting to claw back the money. It has been a very embarassing experience explaining the circumstances how the payment was made using my bank card.

I have tried to contact Sydney JJ via email but she refuses to engage with me.

Morale of the story - I am sure many of you know, but nonetheless

Mate I feel your pain. Last punt was a bit of a mess, but I at least got to meet her. (My latest review has all the details).

The good thing is, it cured me of any fluffiness I had. Going to be WAY more cautious going forward. I do plan on meeting a porn star at some point. I'll make sure she's reviewed well. If you paid by Paypal then you should get it back as it is against their rules use use it to buy sexual products or services.

The problem with PayPal is that every time you call, you get different personnel dealing with your enquiry  and you often get passed about (forgive the pun).
So for instance I have been told that one of the payment on 07/02 I will have to contact my bank to deal with the refund whilst other members of PayPal staff have not said that.

To break it down there were two separate occasions when I attempted to make a single booking:

03/02 £100 +£100 for an half hour booking

07/02 £200 + £200 + £200 + £10 for an hour booking

There was no double-booking for a 2 hour service. Everytime I sent a payment through, she kept saying, she did not receive any money through Paypal, 'Could I try sending it again!'

The odd thing is that when PayPal attempted to contact her, she chose not to respond to them on three separate occasions. As a result I was awarded
one of the £200 and £10 respectively (from 07/02).

Correct. PayPal place a hold on low volume or new users, especially if they're transacting high amounts. If she hasn't scammed too many gullibles in this way, then she is required to wait until they clear the funds. On eBay transactions this can be anything from 7 - 31 days.

The bank are probably going to class this as a dispute and refer you to action fraud, IE the police, if you made the payments yourself. If you did it through paypal they may be able to do something though i would say long odds that they will, if bank transfer forget it. Its a sunk cost mate. 1.     I can vouch for the rating of Sussexchris that Sydney JJ is not be trusted for an escort meet. She wants clients to pay upfront and as a result I am now in debt
