Hi all,

I have this 'problem' where I can't last longer than 2mins in the first round of sex.

It feels so good when I am penetrating a pussy that I can't hold it in. The intensity and the feelings are just too strong.

To get around it I have wanked before sex to ease it a little but wanking doesn't make me feel good. I love cumming inside a pussy (with a condom obviously).

Does anyone know of exercises etc to help with this?

After the first round it's not a problem, I can easily last 10-20mins.

What you describe is normal.

You need to learn to breathe, in through the nose, hold for 3 seconds exhale out of mouth. Shallow breathing will make you climax quicker, but by controlling your breathing and heart rate helps. With practice you will last longer.

You also sound excited (normal) try to pra rice waking and when close stop and hold using pelvic muscles. You could also do pelvic exercises.

If round 2 is not an issue then don't dwell on it. I usually find the second pop more intense. If you feel it's a problem then withdraw before you pop and cool off a bit by playing with the WG's body in other ways. Then return to normal service

Don't forget it's in most WG's interests to get us to pop and leave at the earliest opportunity.
