Really friendly on the phone, all organised quickly and easily. I arrived a few minutes early and she even accomodated me, so I could go up a few minutes before time.

Ethnicity is Mancunian! More like African ethnicity I'm guessing. She does have an Irish grandparent, being Irish myself, we had a great chat over that. OWO yes, DFK no. She's really good company and a lovely personality...
