Alright dude, that does seem low, have you ever done steroids??
There's quite a bit you can do to bump them and not by testosterone supplements, they are shit, at best they're libido boosters.
Here's what worked for me, im 33 and and on my last test i'm 20 on the testosterone scale.
Switch to high intensity workouts, some kind of circuit training ideally crossfit, as this includes lots of compound lifts like squats, cleans etc it's fucking savage, but paired with a good nights sleep of 8 hours 5 days a week your body will respond by increasing testosterone and growth hormone. Throw in some ZMA (zinc and magnesium) also before bed.
Eat a high fat low carb diet, cut out the sugar ASAP. I mean a shit load of fat, nuts, avocado, fatty grass-fed meat and shoot for 50 grams of carbs a day.
Look up the paleo diet or bulletproof diet. Sounds terrible but when you get fat adapted its a winner (meaning your body will run on fats not carbs and sugars)
Calm the booze down, beer is amazing but increases your estrogen and drops the testosterone like a mother fucker. By all means sink a few but if you can switch to a spirit after a couple of pints then do! I always like to finish on a red wine when out as this has estrogen blocking properties.
Get some high dose vitamin D tablets, you're probably low, we all are here in the UK.
Try this for 6 months, it really is a game changer. Testosterone therapy really isnt needed unless there's other issues going on, the above will transform you.
If anyone else wants advise drop me a message, been doing this shit for a long time, all these pricks online selling supplements and training programmes are mostly con artists.
HI All,
First time poster here, always having a look at what you lucky fuckers are up to on the reviews but as yet haven't punted with anyone from AW ! May do in the future !!!!
Anyway, prob like some other here, things at home with the other half are shit when it comes to shagging, mostly my fault as I can't be arsed TBH and the stiffys aren't much to write home about anyway. So I thought I would get my Testosterone levels checked to see if anything is on the low side and could be affecting the stiffys, so got my results, not sure of the units used but the normal levels are to be from 7.6 to 30.1 or thereabouts, so my level came back at 7.9 !!
I am healthy and train at the gym most days and diet is good, no other levels on the blood test were much out of range.
So question is, have any of you guys had you levels checked or currently receiving T Therapy ??
I know my level is within the normal levels 'but' it does seem to be the case that it is affecting my stiffys........
B
