If you have a 36 inch waist made of abdominal muscle, then it's not fat. If it's made of fat, then it's fat. If you do all the training listed above then it's not natural build, it's augmented (and very healthy - kudos to you CW)
I believe the NHS guidelines for concern state 38" waist and above for men, with no regard to height.
BMI isn't perfect (it doesn't work for athletes, body-builders and Asian ethnicity) but it's a better guide for most of us than waist size out of context.
So, anyone with a BMI over 25?
