Yeah definitely someone else has taken over. Not had many punts but Nicoly's service was decent. When i went there - you could pick her or 2 other girls. It may be awkward for some to know there are 2 others there + the girl you choose. Pros - most services are available & done without fuss. Cons - they don't speak good english & the room can get hot if the fan isn't turned on.
