Oh Ronald... so you signed up to AW and UKE using your real name and didnt realise it...

As the kids say this has been a epic fail...before we even get into all the other stuff...

well i would suggest you ask admin politely to sort the uke issue so your name aint showing and sort the aw issue and then take a step back and breathe... chill and forget about prossies for a couple of days and come back next week refreshed and clear minded

You mean real name in username ?

There was not any other box for name was their? Can't remember signing up

Still as others have pointed out rrr is remorseful which is unusual to see so props to him on that

I am remorseful comaminion.

If I am guilty of anything? That would be that I am guilty of being naïve, too trusting, and honest in this big bad electronic, digital world. deviousness, and dishonesty has never been part of my nature. As I say, I just didn't think that our personal details were by law under the data protection laws were allowed to be divulged to everyone and his Mrs?

The data protection act is designed to protect your details from third parties. However in this case when you signed up you effectively signed a waiver giving permission for those details to be shared. In this instance it would not apply.

I would imagine this is a wake up call to most members reading this.

I'm pretty sure there was not a personal detail box on sign-up

Just email, username etc (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

If you use your real name as your username......  :unknown:

I asked her about sending you a message with your full real name (as you claim), she says she didn't, but the booking request you sent her on AdultWork contained your full real name along with phone number she says.

Maybe your browser is auto-filling those boxes with your real name, here is how to disable it:

Don't really want to stick my nose in other folks business and I know the punter is always right but if I was rrr I'd be tempted to apologise to Adele... but that's just the way I'm made.

Offline MintRoyale

Ramrod, you're pretty naive to think that working girls don't screen punters. This entire website is about screening them, so they can do the same to us on saafe and uglymugs.

Your balls shrank a little when she told you she didn't want to see you because she doesn't like you, and that hurt. You, trying to passive aggressive a negative review on her hasn't worked,  so just move on and let your balls grow back

Dunno some things are just best left as is

Can't get better okay but can't get any worse

Not saying rrr is the type but some  might see apology accepted as bridge to a booking then the whole saga begins again

They are not mates , an apology serves no one

Best thing is live and learn, take it on the chin and try not to make the same mistake
Which is what rrr is doing, that's enough surely

I guess there's more than one interpretation of apology ... I had in mind more a public acknowledgement by him that she hadn't actually behaved in a way that most people would consider unreasonable.

Anyway ... I'll say no more on this as it's none of my business.

Tried that fredpunter. Although I didn't grovel. I told her that I had also said complimentary things about her on her Positive Reviews. But wasn't interested. So neither am I now. Plenty more WGs out there to choose from. I've got a HL longer than my arm at rates less than Adele is asking.

As a newbie so to speak, I have quietly been watching the threads flow through.I Feel rrr was genuinely trying trying furnish other punters, points to bear in mind albeit he may have come a cross differently, but he has accepted that. His reviews to me have been honest and descriptive,he doesn't seem like a guy who holds grudges,as he said theirs plenty more WGs out there! So onwards and upwards rrr!

Maybe i'm just being cynical but reading between the lines why did adele reply to RRR using his full name rather than his screen name on AW? Even if she had spotted his name due to a mistake he made during sign up why did she highlight the fact she knew it by addressing him as it in the email?

If a prossie took the time to type out my full name rather than my screen name in a cancellation email i would probably see it as indirectly saying 'i wouldnt cause me any grief if i were you'.

She says she didn't.
Maybe he can send me a screenshot of this message, or better, login details to his AdultWork account for absolute confirmation.
No point asking her as she could delete the message she sent him before giving me her login details.

If you registered with AW using your full name that name is sent to the girl when you send in a booking. Please correct me if I'm wrong....

I can say this is what has happened to me. AWs booking system auto-populates both your first and surname you have put in when registering your AW account during the booking request process. Which is an absolutely asinine thing for AW to do when you think about it.

So the girl see's "Joe Bloggs wants a booking with you at 2pm." When you did not want, nor intend for these details to be seen by her.

Before someone has their first ever punt and registers up their AW account. They do not naturally think to chuck in a fake name there (or at the very least I didn't).  Plus I have not checked in a while. But thinking this could cause issues with buying AW credits using a different name than your own as it would populate this and cause the transaction to be flagged as fraud by your CC company.

Its a totally stupid system AW has as I have had a girl once get my real details from this slip-up too.

Which can all be avoided by not having an A/W account in the first place, I don't need one to locate WGs though I do punt in London. Its sad to hear of RRRs naivety here but hopefully he will learn from this.

Another thing to watch out for with AW is it likes to make your mobile number visible after making a booking. There is a check box to tick in the profile section I think.
Not a problem if you use a punting phone, and any names are always left blank or just made up initials.

Another AW issue that I think was mentioned in this thread is confirming meetings. A wg can confirm meets booked on AW at any time if I'm not mistaken. So saying that the meeting has to take place before it can be confirmed is nonsense. Another way of manipulating feedback. If it's not confirmed, and the punt is bad, the meet can be deleted so bad feedback doesn't show up. Or she can say it wasn't confirmed therefore didn't take place etc, when she is the one who has to do the confirming.

I've not made booking through AW for a long time after being knocked back 3 times by a forum darling. Didn't neg her as I couldn't be arsed with the blowback and really who cares?
I know this sounds arrogant but if a wg makes it easy to book with no drama about feedbacks etc then she is rewarded with an easy hours work, and likely a repeat client.

I'd agree that replying with real name instead of AW name was a veiled threat.

I mentioned this regarding an escort in Plymouth ~ she openly told me that she only accepts bookings after the meet just in case someone might write a negative review ~ hardly transparent ~ does AW care since their income is generated through the ladies not us?  Are were just a by-product?

I've now received a PM from him saying she DID NOT send him a message with his FULL real name, just the first name.

And that real first name is pretty obvious from his username and the fact the AW booking he sent her contained that exact first name.

And in the screenshots she sent me before, he already sent her a message on AdultWork telling her that exact first name.

I have not read the whole topic. But if that is the case I am not sure what the issue was. If someone messages you and gives a name. Its common courtesy to reply back with that name that they were given.

And how would she know if it was his real first name or not she would just reply back with the name he gave in his correspondence.

If however she replied back with a full first and surname then this is very iffy. But just a first name is general politeness and being professional trying to make it like you are not just a one of many customer.

I guess this issue is why girls constantly come back with "hun, babe or darling" in their response messages as its too risky to use any names.

I'd say she's a liar.

How, by RRR's own PM to Admin it seems all that happened was she said in her message something like

"Hi Ron, or "Hi Ronnie" Or "Hi Ronald" even

To him and that is all, but he freaked thinking she has somehow got his real name details. He is called RamRodRonnie. It doesn't take a professional code breaker to guess what his first name is.

Its like me contacting someone and them coming back and saying "Hi Anthony". When my username is AnthG. It happens quite a bit. And I like it each time it does as its more personable.

Much Ado About Nothing

Hmmm, more than slightly embarrassing for RRR, or totally unacceptable ?

Offline LoneWolf2020

it certainly wasnt much ado about nothing. RRR stated that adele addressed him by his 'full real name' (look at page 5) which i assumed meant his surname too. If a prossie replied back to me using my 'full real name' and not my screen name i'd feel uneasy by it, and possibly like it was a veiled threat.

Thanks to admin for clearing it up and looks like RRR was totally in the wrong. Either an innocent mistake or subtly trying to drop a prossie in it for not wanting to see him.  :unknown:

In all honesty I'm surprised regular posters haven't clocked onto RRR sooner. I avoided getting into back and forths with him because he seemed like a popular long term poster. The guy's posts are absolutely mental.

Just to clarify to everyone. When I stated that Adele had used my full name, I was referring to her using my full Christian name. Yes I did give her an abbreviation of my Christian name, but in one of her last AW e-mails back to me she used my full Christian name as opposed to the abbreviation (which can as other punters have picked up on) By her doing this as other punters have also mentioned. She could have e-mailed me be using my full Christian name as a veiled threat.
I can see that some of you guys are perceiving me to be some kind of loon? All that I can do is to inform you all as to what the situation is, in an up front, honest way, which is what I am "honest"

So you can make your own minds up now as I have just about had enough. Whatever derogatory comments that some of you guys want to say about me, and accuse me of will be ignored. I know that I am genuine, and punters who know me, know that I am genuine.
I know, and appreciate that I've made stupid, naïve mistakes, namely the AW e-mails that I sent to BBB, and in hindsight it was stupid, and wrong. I admit to making these mistakes. I am not looking to justify myself for what I did. All that I can say is that that particular mistake was done purely and simply to inform her that punters wouldn't tolerate being ripped off by her. Now, if  what I did was wrong, and as some have put it creepy? Then I whole heartedly apologise. I stupidly saw it as fighting our corner. Fair enough I understand that some of you don't want/need me to fight their corners. I have apologised for that, so it would be appreciated if we can move on and forget it.

With regard to Adele using my "FULL" Christian name, that is "True!" she did. (as some of the punters on here have picked up on) This "Could" be perceived as a veiled threat. So punters beware if you have mistakenly registered with AW giving you own name? You could be leaving yourselves open to potential veiled threats.

These are my final comments on all of this, read into it all as you will. As I won't be commenting on this matter any further.

Anyone would think that someone had a vested interest/agenda in keeping this thread going

I can only speak as I find, and I found Adele to be very lovely, but also almost ferociously discreet about any aspect of any other punter.

I'm sure she has the odd bad day, the odd dark mood (she is quite gothic after all!) and the odd blip in service.

Fine, but let's review this on balance. One poor review against scores of good ones. I objectively view that as an off day. The way this thread is going it looks like a deliberate attempt to give more credence to a single review.

I'd not object to the OP's point of view and will defend his right to post it, but it looks like others are not being as matter of fact or objective.
