Location:
The hotel in Chelsea is easy to get to by train and I suggest you come off at Pimlico, Sloan Sqr or even Battersea Bridge.  From there it is a 15 minute walk.  Or if you are crazy like me you can drive in and park in the car park next door to the hotel, which it will cost you a £5 roughly.  Also do note this is a congestion zone so you will pay that too.

The Punt:

In reality the punt started when she said let’s begin by kissing me and rubbing me!  At this point she says “sorry but I need to really get home”, So I ask her if she wants to extend, which suddenly had her changing her tune,  Interesting turn of events there, are you trying to get rid of me, until I offer you cash? (hint of sarcasm).  However with no cash point downstairs I could not pull the extra funds.  Good job too since my smaller head was thinking and the bigger one had not engaged with what was happening.  At that point I was turned on and I wanted to have my release, but no go.

So for a girl who tell me she does not clock watch and giving clients an extra few minutes is ok to have a good time, she did the exact thing she pretends not to do.
1.   She watched the clock
2.   She wasted enormous amounts of time talking as opposed to engaging sexually
3.   Did not even go all the way through to the allotted hour, because I don’t count washing my hands, discussing service and having a glass of water before starting as actually starting

Interesting enough, I sent her a text after this telling her I was let down, only to be told "I don’t like it when people try to take advantage", which I take offence to as in way was that even attempted. She also mentions in the same text how she enjoy kissing and my touch! Like seriously, that is insulting me.  So obviously me wanting my full hour is taking advantage here and expecting a good provider to allow at least two rounds was too much to ask!  I can take back the 5 minutes going over but the hour is what I wanted and did not get. 

Conclusion:
Watches the clock and is not particularly interested in you getting VFM. Good technique and a pretty girl that I am sure has provided a good service in the past, but with this recent display I am left wondering what the fuss was about. Your money can be better spent elsewhere.  Cindy attempted to defend this to me and said she did no clock watch and offered me a shower.  Yes, very generous, but you do clock watch the punt itself.

If I am honest guys, I am more let down then annoyed with this punt.

Thanks for the review op, I haven't seen Cindy for some time now as I felt the last time it had got a bit samey  (I've only seem her 4 or 5 times but for me that's a lot)

She always did love to chat and gossip about other girls and punters but I never minded as that was on top of the booking time, what she did to you was completely unacceptable 

She has a lot of regulars some who book her for hours on end and according to Cindy dont even fuck her, it would seem these guys and their adulation has led to her service levels slipping

The problem is the there will be too much hanging in the air if I revisit. To be honest she is not interested in making you feel like you are 9ft tall. She wants you in and out in your allowed time and not a second over it.

I would say she is a good laugh and good at what she does which explains the 50+ positives but if she's cutting out time from others then I'm not gunna defend that. I would say don't let one negative stop you, everyone gets a negative.....Eventually. Who knows she might think twice now and make sure your there at least the full hour you paid for, personally I stayed 10mins over both times. Maybe wait for another positive to see if the timewasting trend continues or she carries on with good service as usual

I've got 2 questions for Nagilum:

1- you mentioned in the review that you don’t count washing hands, discussing service and having a glass of water before starting as actually starting and then she said Let's begin and you assumed that is when the time started but  did you made her aware of that? As I said starting time can be confusing and it's better to ask the person in question when the time starts.
2- were you late?
