I have asked the girls to send me selfies so I can post them on their profiles so clients can see the comparison.
So far we have added selfies for the following girls:

Good start.  I don't know how to run an agency, but I suggest you 'celebrate' this more.  Put the selfie in a box or something.

But I confess I am weirded out by angie.  It says size 10.  Really? Because her different photos look different sizes. The standing up one with the black lamp shade makes her look smaller than all the rest.  Makes me think 'one photo lies,  all are lies.'  You might need a policy on face versus body selfies in some circumstances.

I do give a shit and I am listening.....So here is what I have done to take some action on this today.

I have asked the girls to send me selfies so I can post them on their profiles so clients can see the comparison.

We will continue to collate the girls selfies and add them to each profile.

Going forward I would like to get all the photos done by a favorite photographer of mine called Mike Cohen who dislikes too much editing on his photos but this will take some time to arrange.

That's not bad, having one or two very natural photos in with their regular set, (no selfie sticks/duckfaces please) but I think the ideal is something in between. I.e. well taken photos in natural lighting and no photoshop.

Yep, that will come but will take some organising. Just wanted to do something in the short term. Although I will keep the selfies up even when the girls have new less edited professional pics.

At the end of the day guys "caveat emptor" or buyer beware !! If the girls look too good to be true they probably are ! If professional photos are being used you have to take them with a pinch of salt! And the girls are always going to knock a couple of years off to remain under 40 , or closer to 30 than 40 . Just use your common sense.

But let's remember the girls ! They are very brave to let selfies to be used ! I'm sure you guys are no George Cluneys ! I'm sure far from it! But the girls can't choose !! May be they have a web site or network that they compare you guys !!  Ever thought of that ??

It's good compromise to have some selfies alongside but don't knock the girls for doing it they should be commended! If a girl doesn't use a selfie then beware !!

I don't agree.  Many pictures look like attractive slim 25 year olds.  That is not 'too good to be true' because there are many slim attractive escorts out there. So saying we should ever accept it when such a photo is really of a more plain curvy 30yo is wrong in my view. And I don't accept that it is OK that girls lie about their age.  Of course I know many do it, but I will never say that is OK with the logic that the other do it too. (I have said before I am reluctantly OK with the wrong age in the AW box as long as the text makes her real age clear)

Pre UKP accepting lies was the only choice.  Now we can review, and so on, and call out lies.  Our strength grows every month. 'Caveat emptor' by checking girls on UKP - agencies and indies - first, and not by shrugging our shoulders and saying they all lie so lies are ok.

How about let's remember the punters?

The prossies are selling a product for an awful lot of money. It's our duty as customers to seek out the truest and most accurate representation of what we are going to get when we turn up at a prossie's front door.

All this talk of being brave is bullshit, in my opinion. And caveat emptor means that we should be aware that deviations may occur, but it doesn't mean that we as punters shouldn't try to eradicate these inconsistencies and should just accept the marketplace in its current state.

You shouldn't of needed to make changes as you should of been honest from the start, by lying as you have been doing you have taken punters money dishonestly, that's what low lifes do.
